Peter Fowler, a native of Denver Colorado, lived and painted for 10 years in Seville before moving to N.Y. His work has been exhibited and collected in Spain and NYC and he now owns and operates Kepa3 Gallery in Buffalo, N.Y. with his artist wife, Kathi Roussel.
He is a prolific painter whose subjects range from loosely painted landscapes to theatrical scenes peopled by romantic figures of women. All are depicted with bravura brushwork and a luscious use of paint and are suffused with a joyful energy.
